The cottage has 3 spacious bedrooms with zip and link 3ft beds with no footboards. Each room has a TV and built in wardrobes, The main bedroom is on the ground floor where there is a good sized shower room. 2 further bedrooms are upstairs with a family bathroom and large shower bath.
As you enter the back door of the cottage there is a spacious utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer. There is also a wet room/drying room and storage area. Walking through to the bright lounge there is a wood burning stove and dining is set in the bay window with lovely views and wildlife.
Through to the well equipped Kitchen there is a fridge freezer, dish washer, hob, oven, table and chairs and a microwave. From the kitchen in the main hall is the front door, porch and there is a shower room with sink and wc then onto the downstairs bedroom with built in wardrobe and tv.
Upstairs consists of 2 further bedrooms each with tv and built in wardrobes, a main family bathroom with a large shower bath. The cottage has full central heating.
The garden is large private and secure very bright and sunny, plenty of parking.

Tesco Online delivery from Inverness
The cottage is equipped with many essentials such as washing powder, washing up liquid and has a small vegetable/herb garden
Ample area for drying wet clothes, dogs and gear.
There will be a supply of logs available in the cottage, any other logs required will be charged at £4 per bag.
Tesco or Asda Inverness will deliver groceries to the cottage.
Any extras you require please enquire.
Please ask about the conditions of taking a pet to the cottage.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 40 days prior to the date is fully refundable
Any cancellations within 40 days the amount paid is not refundable.
A deposit is required on booking and the remainder to be paid 4 weeks prior to arriving. There is a standard £45 cleaning fee.
The Cottage is no smoking, Dogs are catered for please enquire.
Entry is available from 4pm Vacating the premises by 10am on the day of departure.

Rules for dogs....
Dogs must not be left in the cottage on their own, there is a medium outdoor kennel if you require or I have dog crates available. Please dry off before entering the cottage, Towels etc are available A First aid kit for dogs is also available at the cottage
